Live Well Strategy #6 - Bringing & Finding Joy on a Daily Basis

Ancient Egyptians believed that upon death they would be asked two questions, and their answers would determine whether they could continue their journey in the afterlife. The first question was “Did you bring joy?” The second was “Did you find joy?”
 
What a great way to live life – with these two questions in mind.  This is the reason that Live Well International was created ...loving what we do everyday and positively affecting others in their health, prosperity and relationships - bringing others joy!
